Dark Wax: The only wax on the market that is all natural, no-VOC, plant based wax is available to finish, enhance and provide a sealer for your piece.

Overview: Dark wax can be used to seal your entire project for a dark finish. Or, seal first with Clear wax or Top Coat and then add a little bit of Dark Wax to the detailed areas of your piece. A smooth, buttery eco-friendly wax helps you create a dirt and dust resistant seal that buffs out to a lustrous finish. No oily staining or sticky residue. It dries quickly and will buff out beautifully. Unlike other waxes and sealers, there is no odour.

Surfaces: The wax is recommended as a sealer for your fine furniture such as a china cabinet or other indoor furniture that will not see a lot of ‘wear and tear’.

How To Use: Dark Wax should be applied in a thin, even coat with a brush or lint-free cloth. Wipe away the excess wax left on your furniture. The surface should then be thoroughly buffed with a dry cloth or buffing brush after 2-4 hours. For an even harder finish, the wax can be rebuffed 2-4 days after the initial buffing. This product requires several weeks to fully cure. Freshly waxed surfaces should be kept free of moisture and heavy use traffic for 1 week minimum.

Ingredients: Beeswax, linseed oil, orange peel oil, isoaliphatics, carnauba wax, larch resin, essential oils, and lead-free dryers (zircon and cobalt octoat).
